This 90 minute full body treatment begins with gentle dry brushing of the back, arms, legs and feet. This ancient Ayurvedic practice (known as garshana) has many health benefits. Dry brushing increases and stimulates the circulatory system providing oxygen to stagnant areas, exfoliates, detoxifies, increases lymphatic drainage, reduces cellulite and supports fascia!
